Structure
Site managers learn the 5-beat structure of a service review — headline, KPIs, incidents, planned work, asks — and the language for each beat.

Partial simulation
Site managers deliver the incidents beat — priority-1 events, what happened, how we resolved them — in real time. Teacher corrects in the moment.

Full simulation + diagnostic
Each site manager delivers a full 5-minute review. Teacher notes the failure patterns on a diagnostic checklist organized by beat.

Repair
Each site manager drills the specific failure patterns from Lesson 4. Each drill targets one beat at a time.

Pressure
Site managers deliver a review for a difficult month — multiple SLA misses, a sensitive incident — in the same 5 minutes. Same five beats, harder to keep clean.

Final (scored)
Each site manager delivers a final 5-minute review, unassisted. Teacher scores against the same rubric used at baseline.

Reveal + capstone
Each site manager gets a personal grade report — baseline score, final score, grade band, improvement. Then they apply the structure to their actual next month-end review.
